Tune in to the Travel Channel this Saturday at 12:30pm to see Swift’s Attic chef Zack Northcutt’s Cow of Monte Cristo burger featured on Deep Fried America. The burger, undoubtedly inspired by the healthy fare found on “lighter” menus across America, layers a beef patty Taylor ham, smoked turkey, Comté and Cheddar cheese between sourdough toast and then dips the whole thing in Coca-Cola tempura batter and fries it up and serves it with raspberry preserves and fries. Want to cheat on your diet? Swift’s will be serving it as their Big Ass Burger on Monday, June 27.
