First Course (choice of one)

Spread Good Cheer (quail and chorizo rillette) -watermelon radish sweet pickles, guajillo & pecan porter reduction, onion, butternut, grilled bolillo, herb oil


Hey Sole Sister (Thai crab salad stuffed sole) -Lemongrass & coconut milk broth, lardon, herbs, Thai bird chiles, roasted peanuts, pickled onions


Cauli Herb - roasted grapes, champagne & confit shallot emulsion, spicy apples, arugula & micro mustard

+ $10 — Aphrodite’s Descent (scallop crudo) - Benton's country ham, roasted garlic & sweet pea polenta cake, blood orange, fennel frawns, saffron & espelette oil

+ $10 –– Oooo Baby I Like it Raw (beef tartare) - cornichon, egg yolk, baby sweet potato chips

Second Course (choice of one)

Shorty Wanna Be a Thug (braised beef short rib & rustic tomato sauce) - sous vide short ribs, handmade taglatelle, tomatoes, roasted garlic, cippolini onions, opal basil, short rib jus, ricotta salata


Pasta La Vista Baby (lobster ravioli) - squid ink pasta, lobster, pickled shallots, brandy, mascarpone, parsley, vodka sauce, smoked salmon roe


Like White on Rice (white asparagus risotto) - local wild mushrooms, roasted white asparagus tips, white asparagus puree, shallot, rainbow chard, sweet peppers, parmesan reggiano

Third Course (choice of one)

Roasted Chicken - crispy skin roasted chicken breast, glazed rainbow carrots, blackberries, smoked parsnip puree, glaze de volaille, pickled mustard seeds, hearts of fire


Ragu Fin - puff pastry, Braised pork cheeks, mushroom gravy, rainbow carrots, sherry, cippolini onions, roasted celeriac, garlic, herbs


Black Bass - bok choy, beer and pork reduction, fried peanuts, braised mushroom, shisho


Delicata Squash and Mole Verde - grilled squash, green mole, micro amaranth, candied fresno, shaved garrotxa, fried squash blossoms stuffed with avocado, chorizo spiced tempeh, and mushrooms
