Swift’s Attic and Ramen Tatsu-Ya joined together to create a special ramen burger, the Swift’s Dip. The collaborative dish is available only tonight for the downtown restaurant’s weekly Monday burger nights. Swift’s sous chef Zack Northcut built the dish around dipping tsukemen broth contributed by Ramen Tatsu-Ya owner and executive chef Tatsu Aikawa, according to a rep.
As seen on Swift’s Attic's Facebook page, the burger comes with a barbecue pork patty, foie pate, Asian slaw, cucumbers, jalapenos, and Kewpie mayonnaise, all sandwiched between a rice flour hoagie. It’s meant to be dipped into a bowl of pork bone broth. Nissin ramen fries are also served on the side.
