Take a respite from the SXSW madness and sample the new Porkastrami sandwich for lunch at chic yet accessible Swift’s Attic. Chefs Mat Clouser and Zack Northcutt presented this pretty meal at the Charleston Wine and Food Festival last weekend, and now we get to reap the benefits.
Think pastrami’d pork with jalapeño kraut, fontina cheese and Russian dressing on a soft bun, served with their addictive French fries. Northcutt has long been known for his over- the-top meaty creations, and this sandwich is no exception. $10 buys you half a sandwich and a beer, or go whole hog and get yourself an entire sandwich for $13 from now through Monday, March 17.
